Would you like to learn how to create beautifully decorated cupcakes?

Well, Cake Your Day offers a number of classes to teach you all the techniques you need to know to do this.

Both group courses and private one to one lessons are available, based in our dedicated cake studio based in Badshot Lea, Near Farnham.  During the course you will get to decorate 6 cupcakes, which you can then take home to share with friends and family.  

During the courses you will learn:-

Top tips for creating the perfect flat topped cupcake and buttercream.

Instructions on how to colour and treat your sugar paste.

Use cutters, moulds and embossers to create a range of different decorations to decorate your cupcakes.

Pipe buttercream on your cupcakes using different techniques and nozzles.

Use of all equipment and materials required for the class are provided, along with hand outs for you to take home and refreshments during the course.

We can tailor classes to a specific theme if you have a special occasion coming up that you would like to make cupcakes for.  

Courses can be held during the day, evenings or weekends.

There is a maximum of 7 people during a course, so we can provide our full attention to everyone.

If you would like to hold a course with a group of friends, we ask for a minimum of 4 people.  

I can also come to your home if you would prefer.

Group classes start at £37.50 per person for 3 hours and for private one to one's £90 for 3 hours.
